In terms of the game mechanics and game plot what is going on here? Apparently she’s caught him very much flat-footed but I’m not seeing what her endgame is since I don’t know her character or her agenda well enough. Also, why is she using molestation and humiliation to try and push armour-in-bed dude into something?

@Anonymous coward. In game terms she is using Charisma + Presence or Socialize to beat his MDV, The reason for him being so easily stunned is because she launched a surprise attack therefore denying him use of his MDV, thus putting him under her sway.
