Can someone please tell me what the misery is? i mean for real, not in this wonderful story? What kind os a creature can take on a Yozi? Take down a circle of Solars. Defeat a Solar of middle power by taking off his mask. I got that its male, made up of green light, and somehow connected to the Yozis, but I am sure some of you must know.
I have no idea how that got translated but what I asked is Can someone that is more familiar with Exalted tell me what the Emissary of Nexus actually is. I read some about him, and now I MUST know.
It’s worth noting that the Contessa (and sometimes Lance) is impersonating the Emissary in our story–she’s definitely not the original, and is only counterfeiting what she’s able in order to make it appear as if the true Emissary is still in charge of Nexus.

Apparently this is a topic of much speculation and invention, there does not seem to be a definitive, public answer.
